The terms that apply to applications, independent contractor work and referral partnerships.
No guarantee
Applying does not guarantee placement, projects, income or acceptance into any program. Project availability and suitability can change.
Independent contractors
Contractors are independent, do the work themselves under their own names, and are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations. Project scope, payment terms and other requirements are explained separately before work begins.
Referral partnerships
Referral payouts follow a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out eligibility, rates, tracking and payment terms. Referral fees are paid on top of contractor pay, not deducted from it.
Company data licensing
Data partnerships require suitable data, legal licensing rights and any necessary privacy or confidentiality permissions. Any licensing arrangement is governed by a separate agreement.
Accurate information
Provide accurate information and only material you have the right to submit. Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications or legal rights.
